The property was amazing! Safe, quiet, fun for the whole family! So relaxing. Convenient location and so close to shopping as well! We’d definitely return to the Grove for our next vacation in Florida .

Overall pretty nice. Some small maintenance issues like slow drains and aged decor but still really good. Our 3 bed 3 bath was spacious and comfortable.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this resort last week and we had some concerns. First of all, we checked out nearly a week ago and have yet to receive a bill, but we see the charges on our credit card. When we were checking out, we were told the computers were down and that we would receive an email receipt, but did not. I have called back twice requesting a receipt and never received it and asked to speak to supervisor and never got a call back. A big reason we stayed at this resort was for the convenience of a shuttle to Disney., We booked our tickets through the concierge, but the transportation was not arranged well. We were not booked onto the shuttle and told an incorrect place for pickup- therefore we missed the shuttle. We were told that since it was their mistake, they would reimburse us for the UBER that we had to take. I emailed them the receipt as directed, but only received a response several days later, after we had already checked out and left the state saying we can receive our reimbursement from their desk. Additionally, we were to receive two drink vouchers because we booked through this platform, but never received them. When we spoke to the front desk about this at checkout- they stated that it was "a third-party issue" and to request a refund through Orbitz. When we explained to the front desk about our shuttle experience and reimbursement- they once again passed the blame and said it was a third party issue. The front desk refused to resolveany issues

Great place with everything you need. Plenty to do & very nice rooms. The halls & parking garage are very misleading, feels more like cheap motel but then you find a beautiful room & well maintained amenities.staff was very nice & accommodating. Was able to do early check in & late check out due to flight times ($). Really enjoyed our stay!
It was okay. Dinner at the restaurant was pretty bad - slow service and mediocre expensive food. Housekeeping took an extremely long time to deliver items. And the layout of the facility is a bit odd having to walk through garages to get to the waterpark and signage limited.
Room service was not good. We were there for a week and no one ever came to the room to clean

Staff members at restaurants were beyond rude… check in took entirely way to long for the amount of money you pay. 2 people working the counter at prime time check in time. They said the others were on break, shouldn’t be my problem. Food was sub par, limited options, all basically came from the same kitchen. Waited over 30 minutes for a grilled cheese. Poole were dirty as well as the hot tub. 5 star price 2 star resort.
