I always like staying at the Bell Rock Inn with my family as each unit is set up like a studio or 1br apartment with an apartment sized refrigerator and freezer, and a kitchen with stovetop and dishwasher. We come to Sedona to visit friends, so dining out is not a huge part of our stay

My Mom and I loved staying in the room with a kitchenette. We were there for a week and it was nice to have a place to eat, cook and keep food and drinks if we didn't feel like dining out. It was equipped with cups, plates, utensils, cookware, etc. The room was a bit out dated and needs some renovations, as well as the exterior, but overall it was a nice quiet place to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of uptown Sedona. The pool area was very nice. It appeared they were beginning to make renovations. I would definitely stay there again. Also, it is within walking distance to Bell Rock Trailhead. :)

The stay was good until 6 AM when the gardeners started working right outside our slider moving all the rocks and doing loud landscaping work. I called the front desk and asked them to stop the work right outside our door and they said they would. They did not. The continued until 730 am so we could not get any additional sleep. O texted again to management and they finally stopped around 730 am. However we were wide awake by then.

Hotel is an older, rooms need work, carpet in room have worn areas and rugs need cleaning, carpet fibers are coming loose sticking up and are on tile in kitchen. Fridge has damage on freezer door, bathroom and shower area are ok.

TV had no cable service. Was charged a $17 resort fee that is for pool, which was closed, wifi that wasn't used or needed, and parking. So in essence, was chared $17 to park. Wouldn't budge on fee. Won't stay there again. Apologized about no pool or TV, but firm on the fee.
