We had two towels for four people. Uncovered light socket next to the bed, the leg of the bed was over the socket about half way. The valet tried numerous times to have us not park in the lot using them, we then picked up our car and had a large scratch. Party at the hotel went until 2 am, made it difficult to sleep.

The property seemed to be understaffed. The area seemed to lack was room service. We had a two bed room with three adults and struggled to get enough towels, water, and coffee for three people. In addition, they didn’t clean the room until 4-5pm. The concierge desk out front, with the gentlemen, were so friendly and welcoming. other staff, front desk, seemed cold and unapproachable.

Housekeeping was inadequate. We had to ask for items that should have been in the room. Floor needed sweeping, ran out of toilet paper. Wireless was so slow it was impossible to use even to make a restaurant reservation. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. But travelers need Wi-Fi and room essentials.

Absolutely gorgeous! There are a lot of little touches that make it uniquely charming and elegant. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful, and the breakfast and cafe were amazing! The only negatives were that in the room the shower door was in need of repair; and we had specifically requested a room with a balcony but the sliding door to the balmcony was literally bolted shut. They texted to ask how we were and I mentioned it, but that was the last pf it...

Our room was lovely complete with balcony overlooking some pretty cool views of this part of the city. The hotel is a nice mix of modern and historic. The location is perfect; close enough to the river to walk yet it appears to be in a nice residential area. Our only complaint: we wish we could stay longer!

Great looking property with nice views from pool area too. Only drawback which is probably similar to other well-located hotels is inconvenient parking options if unwilling to pay 45 dollar per night valet charge. Public parking deck is fairly close but not sure of the cost. We opted for street parking which is free on the weekends.
