The dining options were few and overpriced. Multiple menus and signs at elevators listing specials that were not available. Waiter in Atrium served our food and never came back. After flagging down the manager, turns out the waiter was eating his lunch instead of serving us. Lunch was comped.

Nice place to visit with alot of room to gather and work in public spaces. Hotel room walls are not as soundproof, but ambience is very good. Close proximity to rivrrfront attractions

High quality stay

Our room overlooking the Savannah River was very comfortable and one was tempted to sit on the deck and watch the ships go by. There are other things to see in Savannah and we spent more of our days out and about. We ate in the hotel several times and while the menu was limited the food was very good.

The hotel was beautiful, the room very clean and very nice. Beds comfortable and the atrium was awesome. I think it's a little tacky to charge for the breakfast as well as the wifi, but other than that very nice stay.

Savannah getaway

The overall stay and location was good However, there is always room for improvement. To start I reserved a room with a balcony and was given a standard room. There was pet feces in common area for at least 2 days that no one cleaned up (should be the “responsibility of the owner”) There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Additionally, there was no available microwave, the room refrigerator leaked. Didn’t feel the need to take a picture of dog poop.

All of the soda machines on every floor were sold out the whole time we were there. The ice machine was out of order the entire stay. I can’t say enough good about the staff!! They were obviously well instructed an exemplary in their demeanor.

We didn't love that the rooms surrounded an atrium that was extremely echoey. We had to use noise cancelling ear buds and white noise to drown out the sound from the atrium. Even though it is posted that quiet time is at 10:00 PM, it was very noisy easily until 1:00 AM. After 2 days of walking around and activities, we wanted it to be more quiet so we could sleep, but it was just not possible with the noise.

50th Anniversary

We came to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The rooms HVAC did not work properly - ran all the time and was always cold no matter what we set the temp for. The TV remote had a mind of its own. Volume would jump from 2 to 15. The carpet was worn and coming up. I will say the bed was pretty comfortable and there was an abundance of pillows.

Had to find accommodation quickly due to a power issue with our current accommodation. Booked online at 10.30am and arrived an hour later, room was ready. Nice big room, comfy bed, good shower. Booked as good price and short walk to the riverfront. Great for one or two nights, but very corporate focused. Lovely view to sit in chairs watching the river in the evening. Staff all friendly and efficient.
