The big issue with the hotel is that we were on the second floor and the traffic noise from the street was so loud it felt like you were trying to sleep in the roadway. No sleep the whole weekend.

the valet company lost our keys which made it very difficult for us to get to/from Tybee. They were nice about it and eventually found them but it was stressful.

The check-in was quick and convenient and the property was clean. We stayed for only one night and I’m very glad for that. It was impossible to sleep due to the noise. I don’t know if the windows were thin or that part of the city becomes very busy because it was unbearable.

Well to start the room description was off and I was not happy that there was only one bed and a sofa in the room. Then there was no bedding for the sofa I called down to the desk and no answer so I went done to the lobby and instead of sending someone up to the room with the bedding they handed it to me right in the lobby and I had to take it up to the forth floor

The location was perfect for our first visit to Savannah. The staff was ok, no one was over the top friendly other than the valet when we arrived. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
