This private 750 square foot mother in law apartment offers 1 large bedroom with a queen bed and a sitting / reading nook, living room with pull out couch, bathroom (with stand-up shower), laundry area and a full kitchen. We have a VERY large (shared) fenced back yard, perfect for your well behaved furry companion.

You will love this quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. You will be less than 4 miles from Siesta Key Restaurants, less than 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and less than 6 miles to downtown Sarasota.

The kitchen comes with a regular and Keurig coffee maker (with enough k-cups to get your vacation started) and also most spices needed for cooking. You will be all set for the beach with access to beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler!

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
