Although I paid for the reservation through Expedia, after checkout, the hotel charged me for the room again. When they finally reversed the charge 2 days later, they added a $73 charge back on. We literally stayed 1 night just to sleep while my daughter was in a near by hospital. We checked in at 10pm and checked put at 8am. I will never stay there again.

Staff was excellent - vouchers for a welcome wine or beer was provided upon check in - Indian restaurant near by was so authentic and delicious. Cutest coffee shop across the street . Only downfall is the elevators ! took almost a 15minute wait each time to go up or down it was a bit of a mission - upon checking out we had to take the stairs from the tenth floor to the lobby, with luggage. Overall was a great stay with a pleasant population
