Everything is good - especially the entertainments are excellent. The nightly shows are beyond expectation. What I don't like is the limit of reservation at the restaurants as we stayed one week but can only enjoy food at the restaurant 2 times, the rest of the week we have to eat at the buffet. Beach is good but deep, you can't swim without a life vest. Pool is nice but if a jacuzzi is available would be great. Thanks!

In general the stay was OK and with excellent location. All the staff and personnel were kind Unfortunately the maid service was overwhelmed cleaning and setting up the rooms for new tourist and they forgot to clean and make our bedroom twice. We suggest to improve little bit your cuisine.

Superb location and excellent size to get around conveniently. Everything was great except the food was subpar. As expected at AI’s but with paying for the Premium Level I would have hoped it was better than average. Although there are 3 great dinner options within a couple blocks. Tours arranged by resort were excellent.

I liked the nightly shows, the entertainers are very good and they have a different show every night. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. I don't drink much but they few mixed drinks I had were a bit too sweet and had very little alcohol. The beach is not for not-swimmers, it very deep but very clean.

Excellent ubication, nice beach, nice view, but the best are the staff all are incredible I don't have good Memory but I want recognize two persons super friendly and helpful Jesus Villegas in the bar and Maria Reyes. Maybe they need to improve the variety of food a litte, but it's a good place to relax

Excellent Property! Staff was friendly and professional. Food was the same as any other all inclusive resort. Entertainment was the best I’ve ever seen at a resort! I would definitely return. I went to Barceló by recommendation from a friend. Good decision. I went for vacation for 6 days. The staff were amazing. Rodrigo Pacheco and Carmen Velasquez were great hosts at the lobby bar. The food was good. There are many options. I am not sure why people complain because the food, service and amenities were above standard. I will definitely be going back to Barceló.

I have stayed at barcelo property's before ...so I thought this would property would be good as the other barcelos I have visited ...oh God I was wrong ...from my own experience ..this property is in need of customer service ...their staff really need to change their actitudes if feels that they are there to make your stayed terrible ...
