The Hotel of Excellence Review of Excellence Riviera Cancun Reviewed today It was our 3rd anniversary, so we decided to try another Excellence Resort. This time we decided to stay at the Excellence Riviera Resort. We were greeted with drinks and cool refreshing towels upon our arrival, just like in the Excellence official video. This place was amazing. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like royalty. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. It is clean. The food is delicious and has many options to choose from. Rooms are spacious. We had the terrace with pool. Loved waking up and sitting on the terrace. The place is quiet. The activities are great. Already booked a return!

This is an amazing property with kind and such amazing workers present. Though our personal experience with the food was not great, as a couple of the restaurants left my friends and I unwell, we’re not sure if that’s due to what we’re used to in Canada or just our bodies not handling it very well. That aside, everything else was just amazing. So many fun things to do and nice beach and plenty of seating.

Staff are friendly, hospitable and always ready to help with a smile on their face. Made you feel like a VIP. Rooms are spacious, and elegant. We were upgraded to the next level room and were not disappointed. Mini bar was well stocked with goodies to munch on. Grounds were well taken care of and pools were clean and the perfect temperature. Highly recommend this place, well worth the money.

I brought my husband to this resort for his 50th Birthday. We both enjoyed this resort, the cleaniness, staff, food and shows. We met a lot of people and the staff member Alba was awesome she was very attentive she knew our drinks orders and food options. I do feel they need a litte more entertainment during the pool hours and play more music during the pools hours. We did enjoy this property and would go back again.

My husband and I recently stayed at Excellent Riviera Cancun celebrating our anniversary. From start to finish, our time at your hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself was immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds that took our breath away. However, what truly made our stay memorable was your amazing staff. They were not only incredibly polite and attentive but also seemed genuinely happy to be there. It's rare to see a team so dedicated and joyful in their work, and it made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and provided a comfortable retreat each day. The dining experience was also outstanding. With so many different restaurants to choose from, we felt like royalty every evening, savoring exquisite food that was consistently delicious. There wasn’t a single restaurant that didn’t impress us—each one was excellent in its own right. The nightly entertainment added another layer of enjoyment to our stay, offering great performances that we looked forward to each evening.
