The Public Health Department Needs to be made aware of this place. They don’t clean the grounds. The rooms were cleaned poorly. I complained about the trash urine homeless people and nothing was done. I get the price but it shouldn’t take for you to stay at a Marriott to don’t have to see urine and filth as you go to you paid room. ALso it’s not safe the security door to the rooms is broken anyone can come and go. The stairs is like leaving in the projects. Graffiti flirt etc…I did call to complain nothing happened. I took a video. DO NOT GO THERE IF CAN AFFORD A BETTER PLACE.

Oh my god where do I start I walked into the front desk and the girl that was sitting there or was sitting there with her baby girl and then there was a guy sleeping on a chair and I decided to ask her to show me the room and when we set foot into the elevator it smell like a urine. I know the girl at the front desk is a mom doing her job but that location is completely unsafe and the fact that there was just some random guy sleeping in the lobby and she was like asking him to get out so she could close the door so she can leave her baby in the office is just be on me.

Not very safe or clean for the price

Overall condition of hotel is very poor. Appears that a lot of lower income people live there full time. There was a pile of trash on a staircase that remained there for 2 out of the three days. A lot of homeless people around property. People sitting outside in the hallways smoking as you pass by to the broken staircase doors.

the staff was nice enough , however the propety its self is in a bad state of repair. our cable tv was electrical taped and kept falling out , one light was held up at the joint with electrical tape , drawers would not stay shut , no kind of anything to go with kitchen, beds really lumpy , elevator was all broken up on inside and dirty , we had to ask for table chairs , we got them but one was broken , no house keeping , other small stuff

worse spot ever

when I arrived to my non-smoking room, there was a dirty pad left on the table, smoke burns in the bed, yellow marks on the sheets, a smoke detector pulled out, no trash can, dirty towels, horrible customer service and they mopped the floors with a very dirty mop that left my cigarette smelling room even worse. not only was the room horrendous, there were bums all over and couples screaming at each other before the sun even awoke.

Unfortunately the room was very gross. The walls in the bathroom had holes near the floor and yes there was a cockroach… smelled of strong cigarettes. A spring mattress that was a full, not a queen like I reserved. It was bad. Would not recommend. Will stay elsewhere if we do aftershock again. Also are key cards lost access the second night and luckily there was a staff member at 10:30pm to reset my card…Staff was very nice and friendly though.

Dirty, unsafe, had to get another hotel

Booked this hotel for my parents, but I coudnt let them stay here. Homeless people on drugs are walking around on the property. First room we checked out was gross, flies, dirty stuff from the last people in the room and it smelled like something died in there.. So we asked to see another room. The second room had exposed wires from the ceiling where the smoke alarm is supposed to be, running toilet, kitchen was dirty and the elevator to get to the room was disgusting as well. Sorry, but there was no way I could let my parents stay there.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, answered any questions and were always available during their posted times. Stove looked unsafe to use, floors were dirty, and I had to get my key card re-magnetized every day, even if I left it in my car, not near my phone or debit cards (which they had warned me sometimes demagnetizes them). My bed was comfortable, linens appeared clean, and was warned that their delivery of clean comforters was delayed, but it was warm enough that I didn't need it, so I told them not to worry about getting one to my room. Towels were in the bathroom and the fridge was clean and didn't have any smell! No bed bugs, no ants, no cockroaches, and no mold! I was actually pretty pleased with the room, as I was expecting worse than dirty floors and cheap key cards!

The hallways were dirty and smelling like urine. There was no toilet paper or holder in the room or toiletries. No bedspread or comforter, just a sheet on the bed. No remote control for the tv. The staff was dressed unprofessional. The smell of illegal smoke along the walkways. Homeless people sitting out in front of the hotel. I was not informed that I had to pay $10.00 per day for housekeeping. No phone in the room.

When I arrived in my room I noticed the bathroom was extremely dirty. Upon showing staff member pictures, she switched me to a second room. The second room I was given had not been cleaned from the last customers stay, the trash was full, bed sheets off bed, kitchen area dirty and the bathroom was a mess. Requested refund and showed staff member video of room. Staff member understanding.
