They don’t have breakfast right now they have to get it back up and running also sometimes there machine won’t work so you will have to pay in cash the rooms are very clean and they have towels and you should bring your own soap because there small and the thing I love is that you can have the temperature to anything you want hot or cold

One of the worst hotels yet. I’m currently without a home so I’ve been trying several hotels to see which would be the best fit for my kids and myself and this one disappointed me. No microwave and no WiFi in room. Which is an inconvenience because the devices my kids and I have as well as us having to go to lounge area to warm up food. Customer service was horrible and to top it off there was a roach in our room the last night we were there. Shower curtain rod was unstable so there was water all over the floor while showering. Will not be back nor recommend.

I was there for an hour to a shower and laid down to watch TV next thing i know I'm scratching. Then i feel something around my butt. I jumped up and it was a bedbug!! Pull the covers off and found 4 more. I got the f×ck up outta there.

Front desk staff was friendly. Lobby was fine. The rooms are dirty, old tv's, burn holes in the shower curtain (who smokes in the shower?), blood stain on the curtain. Bed was ok. Thankfully there was no carpet in the room. I would not stay past one night.

Better than sleeping in my car
I ended up reserving here at the last minute for family weekend at RIT because my other plans got cancelled on me the day of. This was literally the only place available. As I was standing in line at the desk I heard the manager tell the staff to cancel all outstanding reservations because of an overbooking issue, so I was very relieved to get a room, knowing there was NOTHING else available. When I got to my room I got the call that my reservation was cancelled, but I already had my room, so I was good. The room was... Not clean. It smelled off, the carpet was sticky, and suspicious stains everywhere. There was one cup, one of those tiny bars of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, and nothing else. The TV was tiny, the remote didn't work, and the heat emitted a terrible smell when I turned it on. The door didn't open without me smashing it open with my shoulder, and the water in the shower wouldn't fully turn off. All that said, the beds were VERY comfortable, and because the fan on the HVAC was so loud it drowned out the constant sounds of kids screaming and dogs barking, my kid and I slept incredibly well. At the end of the day (har har) a good night's sleep is the most important part of motel stay.

Filthy and dilapidated place, with unfriendly staff, and no breakfast. Very suspicious stains all over the carpet. No ice bucket, coffee machine, hairdryer or anything in the room. Hair and stains on the bed! Stains and hair in bathtub. Stains behind the bathroom door. Where is the health department?

This is probably the worst hotel i have stayed at in my travels. Rooms weren't ready at check in time. They were dirty. Theres was no shower curtain or toilet paper. The tv was extremely old. The heater/air conditioner looked unsafe. There was mold on the ceilings. It was horrible

Inexpensive—if you just need a bed and shuttle to the airport. It really needs a room remodel and then charge a little more? Probably won’t recommend but they did accommodate our needs when asked - and the shuttle service was a great benefit so early in the morning!
