Great location, there's no resort fee, there's complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate downstairs. There's also free wifi, hair dryer and refrigerator in my room. I'd stay here again.

Great place to stay….staff very attentive. Restaurant downstairs was great for late night burger. Bartender was great. Room was very clean. Only complaint is that heat in room was very hard to regulate, and the fan was very noisy

The room was clean thankfully. They hold $100 dollars for each night you stay. This put a damper on our stay because our funds were limited. They hold the $400 for three days after you leave. Its ridiculous. The free breakfast was horrible! My stomach was upset afterwards. The women who checked us in was rude however the other staff was welcoming. I wouldn't recommend if you're on a tight budget.

A welcome surprise
The staff, especially Rita at the front desk, were authentically friendly, which was a nice change from the impersonal scripted politeness you get at other hotels. Every employee we met gave us a pleasant hello. The room was small but efficient and had everything we needed. The window opened, so we could even get some fresh air.

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom and the shower were very spacious. A couple of small nits. (1) We could not turn down the thermostat below 67 deg F at night time when we wanted to go to sleep. (2) The towels were very rough to the touch. Very surprising.

Good option in Brooklyn
Nice, but cozy room. Clean and comfortable. Excellent, friendly personnel - maids, front desk, at breakfast. Decent coffee, pretty lousy breakfast quality, crowded area, frazzled personnel who were doing their best to keep up. Food was not worth eating and we didn't try after the first day.
