Although not the hotels fault we were almost two days let. Stuck in mid travel. The hotel did nothing for us though and once we arrived offered nothing. Then after traveling for days it took an hour and a half to get our bags after I called and asked for the third time where our luggage was. My family had checked in earlier and received a drink and a staff member took them to their room and showed them around. We received none of this. We had to find it on our own and then wait for the bags. No wine left in our room either which we were supposed to have. Most staff and the concierge area (especially the ladies) were rude. All other staff though were great.
Room cleanliness was ok. A couple times we almost fell coming into our room though because the floors were so wet. Not safe!
Overall the food was just ok. Drinks just ok. Was hoping for a great margarita. But no.
Overall though because of the property and beach access and convenience once there it was an ok place to be.
