New room- broken building

New room on the 5th floor with broken elevator and no AC for 2 days. I’m older and going up and down 5 floors was a beating. Waisted a lot of my time waiting for maintenance to come and fix the air. Food was excellent but drinks were not great. Poor selection of spirits.

We had an unforgettable 8-day stay at this incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff. The property is beautiful, with three hotels in one, and guests have access to all amenities across the three locations, which makes it even more special. The restaurants were all fantastic, with delicious food and great service. While the buffet (Alhambra) wasn’t our favorite due to the limited variety and crowds, the service was still excellent. The customer service throughout our stay was exceptional – every employee was kind, helpful, and welcoming, making our experience even better. Although some have mentioned the walking distance, we personally enjoyed it, and there are golf carts available if needed. We had no complaints at all, and the walk gave us a chance to explore the stunning grounds. While the beach wasn’t the best aspect of the stay, everything else – from the food to the activities to the amazing service – made it a minor issue. We were traveling with a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old, and they had an absolute blast, constantly talking about wanting to return! For a seamless dining experience, we recommend making dinner reservations as soon as you arrive, as it can get busy and the buffet is the fallback option. Room service was also a highlight, offering delicious food right to our door. Overall, we would definitely return, and we highly recommend this hotel. 10/10 – keep up the great work with customer

The staff and serivce at all three properties were very friendly. We had our room upgraded for a small fee and it made the stay more enjoyable. I love the hammock in the balcony and throughout the property. The pools were fun and dining options were good and food quality was good. Our family felt very relaxed. The property itself was very clean and there are bathrooms everywhere. The only disappointment was the beach as it was not so great for those who love being in the ocean. The pools throughout made up for it.

My family and I stayed 1 night here before heading over to Holbox. We attempted several times to make dinner reservations at one of the restaurants without any luck. We felt like we were pretty my j diverted to the buffet. I was attempting to avoid the buffet as we were all hungry and tired from our travels. As we were waking the grounds, we were startled by someone spraying mosquito pesticides. My family and I we were sprayed with no where to go and escape the fumes. I’m concerned for the exposure that spray. Why would it be allowed to spray such chemicals during a time when your guests are on the grounds. This is unacceptable and I hope to reach management to find out what my family were exposed/sprayed with. I have a son her is severely asthmatic and this upset his condition.
