4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
If you're on a budget this is the place for you. However, buyer beware.
My room did not have any towels. Nor did it have a box of tissues. Barely enough soap and shampoo for one person (thankfully I thought to get decent brand name soap and shampoo). When I asked the front desk lady for towels I got the most disgusting towels in the world; they could have gone into the wash with bleach to remove the stains on them. I asked for more, the lady said that was not a problem, but I never got them. I couldn't ask again because I was on a very tight schedule and I needed sleep.
The room in the building I was in definitely showed its age. Thankfully, for someone like me who needs convenient outlets, I had that. That's about the only good thing it had going for it.
Did I mention I never got a full set of clean towels?
On the day I left, the entire building was locked. Probably a security thing but I had no way of getting out of the building. Couldn't re-access my room via my room key since that had been deactivated. Mind you I had to be out of there at 4 am on a Sunday morning to catch an early morning flight out of Pensacola International Airport. Had to call the hotel (took many rings for someone to answer) to unlock the door to the common area for me to be able to get out. Had that not happened I probably would have called 911 to get out.
I should have booked a place elsewhere and spent more money for a chain that looks after its customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
