I was disapointed that the jacuzzi didn't work either of our two nights's stay. I told staff about it after the first night, but it was not fixed until it was time for me to leave. The room however was clean although a little dated with worn fixtures and furniture. Sadly I will not be returning to a Ramada Inn in the future.

Very dated property. Rooms are spacious and tidy but not thoroughly clean. Photos, online when we booked, show an I-Hop restaurant, gym and pool, none of these are there or they weren’t available on our visit. Breakfast is included but is adequate at best. The best part is that the location is good, 30 minute walk to the falls.

Slightly aged property with good breakfast

Not the best stay as the property is a little aged and the bed was far from firm. The air conditioner was slightly leaking water, making the room very humid and a bit smelly. The price was good compared with hotels nearby and location was good. Should have been 3 star but the breakfast was very nicely managed and served by 2 super nice employees. My kids loved the breakfast and this earned one more star back.

Not-so-good stay. The overall conditions of the hotel are poor. Had to request enough towels for all, every day. The pillow was too bulky for my preference. Rooms were not very clean, you could smell the dust on the curtains from sitting on the chair. The a/c broke on the second night, emitting a beeping sound. The breakfast was very good on Sunday, not so much on Monday.

The room was dingy and smelled of mold. The hotel looks like it was build in the 80s and has been never been renovated since. Not worth 350 bucks a night !

Nothing good to day. The room was clean but it was old and dirty moldy rusty. All the taps for the water were wrong. Hot was cold cold was hot. The mattress was so uncomfortable all you could feel was the springs. The pillows were half the size of regular pillows but they gave us 4 which didnt help. Everytime somone would flush the toulet above us the pipes in the wall would rattle. The walls are paper thin we didnt sleep at all. Our neighbors were watching tv till 4 am. Which doesnt make sense since there was only 4 channels available. The only good thing was the complimentary breakfast but even that was ruined when the staff decided to use a duster right beside us and dust paryicles were flying in the air into our food so we left... i will not be returning there again. It was our 21st wedding anniversary and we decided last minute to stay there. Never again.
