Nice property with lot of amenities. We are family with teen kids and we enjoyed the water park and the pools. Rooms were cleaned and all the facilities are very well maintained. A few negatives- Front desk is not reachable if anything doesn’t work. They gave only one very small shampoo tube for 4 people. It is not even sufficient for one person. We had to chase the service personnel to get some shampoo and soap packets. Location has limited walkable dining options. Ocean front rooms are very beautiful.

The pictures of this place did not match those advertised. The building still shows a lot of damage from hurricane. Mattresses were super noisy. Nobody staying there followed rules making the property un-enjoyable. Very noisy 24/7. There was a man with a gun at the pool the first night we were there and it shut down early with cops everywhere. Did not feel safe. Would not return or recommend.

Ocean view from the balcony was the best! Many pools with lots of options for indoor/outdoor. We stayed in the off season, so the prices and the number of guests were low. It was a little confusing for the layout of the second and third floor restaurants, game room, workout, etc... but we figured it all out after a day. We did not have a car, but walked to Damon's restaurant next door for good food.
