We had a wonderful time at the hotel after leaving destroyed WNC. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Victoria and Jacob are the best!!

This hotel met our needs after being displaced from our home during hurricane helene. It was clean, very inviting, and the room had so much space for the 5 of us to be comfortable. The front desk gentlemen was great upon check in and throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

beds were great. It is NOT a good idea to remove the fridge temp knob control on all fridges taking away the guests ability to increase the temp!!! Big mistake! Also shower temp is way too low for a comfortable shower. Walls Not insulated enough-heard all movement from above.

The stay as great, but I was disappointed that the bar/dining was closed the entire time I was there. But, it was advertised as having such and there was a big sign in the lobby advertising this, as well.
