Bathroom ceiling was leaky, roaches and bugs everywhere in the room. Did not get the room I paid for. Very unpleasant experience.

We stayed in a Pinnacle Oceanfront Queen room. The ceiling was covered in black spots, huge stains on the cover over the boxspring, clumps of something on the backs of the chairs, the phone was very sticky, holes in the walls, bashed in corner with missing moulding, Louvre missing in the closet door, bugs running across the floor in the bathroom, etc. Told the guy at the front desk and he interupted to say, "Was the beds made? Yes? Then the room was cleaned, just not to YOUR standards." Very unacceptable. A cleaner was sent up who merely wiped off the flat surfaces and the phone, leaving the crud on the backs of the chairs, etc. However, the room WAS directly facing the ocean with a balcony which was very nice. The restaurant/bar staff was awesome and the food there was delicious. The resort would only refund a grand total of $32 Canadian dollars for the stay! Imagine!

My husband and I had a situation. Anna, the manager on staff, assisted us perfectly. I will not go into details as to what the situation was, but head management needs to be made aware that Anna really took care of us and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are thinking of coming back with our five-year-old. Anna and Brandy are amazing at their customer service duties.

We've stayed here several times and the front desk is helpful, pools are in good shape, food at Crow's Nest and Compass Rose restaurant have great food. Rooms are clean but musty, smelly and could use some upgrades. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The room was clean but very small and outdated. The resort overall was great. The pools and spas are in great shape. Some areas of the exterior could use some work, but overall, it was a great stay.

Dirty Dirty Dirty dead cockroach on the floor for 3 days never swept one time while here 5 days send us to a dirty room at check-in lousy lousy lousy Hotel will never stay here again it's sad and we have family members that own the unit here

I was a little disappointed as we had been here about 3 years ago and had a great time. It doesn't appear that there any been any upgrades since then though as everything is very dated. First impressions with rusted doors on all of the rooms isn't a good one. The shower doesn't have very much pressure and the temperature is also hard to adjust; either cold or scalding hot. The food is good from the Crow's Nest and the staff is friendly We had a corner room and enjoyed watching the cats at feeding time behind the tiki bar.
