I thought the limited staff did an excellent job and the continental breakfast was very well supplied. The maid service and front desk staff are top notch. The management company needs to do better at staffing the facility and taking care of the employees.

The "hot breakfast" is not diabetic friendly. Choice was waffles, toast, cereal, donut holes.....carbs. Drove 10mins to The Nest for an actual breakfast. Was disappointed.

it was a good stay. I was unhappy at the information that we had a family situation that hindered our original arrival time for friday night, we were going to not check in friday due to this, but were infromed that due to 3rd party booking, they could not make note and we could potentually loose our Saturday night reservation if we did not check in Friday - and although we had the rooms confirmed and. paid for (which I understood there was no money to refund), but told there would be a $50 charge if we tried to check in early Saturday - on a room we already were paying for. On that note, i was a bit upset because we were forced to drive on exhaustion to get there so we didn't loose our reservations. The fridge in our room wasn't very cold, to which I told the young lady today, when I checked out - she said people prior had said the same, but it hadn't been take care of. Other than that, it was good.

Great place for a night

Had an amazing stay. Room was comfortable and nice. Had free breakfast, which tasted delicious. Only discomfort is walls are a little thin, but other than that, it was a great place to stay a night

Pool was filthy, 3 ft 6in deep and couldnt see the pool drain, also got a notice under door on no smoking cause someone smelled something, and i was at a wedding all day and got back to hotel at 11pm. On top of the fact i dont even smoke

Staff was warm, helpful and welcoming. Room was worn, but clean. Room walls seemed thin. Heard every sound from next door. Breakfast adequate, but not enough seating. Pool was murky; hot tub okay. Landscape quite neglected.

We stayed here because of a bad storm in the area which knocked out power to our home. Took advantage of the swimming pool - it was nice! They were having issues with their computer system because of the power outage but the front desk person took it in stride and was able to handle everything in stride. Very nice people. The room was comfortable with a standard breakfast in the morning. If you need a place to stay that's comfortable and clean, this is a good place to try. The cost wasn't too bad either.
