We complained about the noise as there was a party happening above us. Guests were rowdy, smoking, throwing items out window above us, jumping and yelling. This continued late into the night with no repercussions. We paid $360 and got no rest nor sleep. We spoke to two guest service employees and managers and were basically told tough luck. We have stayed here several times but we will not be back. Customer service needs serious overhaul.

Dogs are allowed and breakfast provided...but our toilet had a poor flush. The patio doors didn’t lock properly and the air conditioner stopped working.

J’ai eu à faire un pré checkin et ils m’ont facturé une deuxième fois ma chambre alors que j’avais déjà payé avec hôtel. Com. Le gars de la réception n’a pas été capable de corriger le montant, ça fait une semaine et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé sur ma carte de crédit. J’ai réservé une chambre côté piscine et on m’a dit qu’on avait pas de disponibilités donc chambre côté rue.

Yesterday our family and my friends family stayed and overnight every 10 mins we heard few people knocked off door and banged the wall heavily during midnight. Even though we called and complaint but no action taken from management. Kids were scared all night. Please take action on it and respond to this.

Rooms and property clean. Restaurants nearby. Surrounding area not really good for walking dogs. Received an email and a text requesting self-checkin prior to arriving at the hotel. Staff unaware and requested payment again.

Convenient and clean. Unfortunately the doors to hotel rooms slam very fast and loud so not great if you like a quiet morning. They need to get door frames adapted to dampen the metal slam noise.

Le jeune préposé à l’accueil avait un air blasé. Aucun sourire. Aucune façon. Pour notre situation, ne pas avoir d’ascenseur pour se rendre au 2 ième étage n’était pas commode (beaucoup de bagages et certains lourds puisque nous étions en transit lors d’un road trip) sinon le reste était plus que parfait !!!
