The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us. Like their whole conversation clearly. Breakfast was great. Parking was either on the street far away or a parking garage that you paid nightly for. We opted for the parking garage. We would stay there again but lower our expectations.

The hotel did not honor my request for top floor, so we had noise from the room above us. The room was great. Be sure to turn in your key or they will charge you €15. Even if it was other people on your reservation that kept their key. Location was good.

Amazing location and staff! Its up out of the busy area and has a great view. Nice breakfast and outside areas to relax. Has its own bar even though we didnt drink there. The staff was so helpfull and check in was breeze. Only spent one night but next time we want to spend a week here!

This a great spot to stay in Monterosso. Very close to the main strip but just far enough that it’s quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was really nice and good quality. The rooms however are quite small and very tight. Overall good stay and value for money

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring the Cinque Terre. Rooms are quaint & comfortable. Wonderful breakfast with freshly made omelets. Patrizia at the front desk was very helpful with local recommendations for dinner. Would highly recommend Hotel Souvenir!

Amazing service from this charming hotel
A charming small hotel that was very clean and all the staff were so kind and helpful! Rooms on the small side but that’s understandable for the location. Showers are good and beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location for all the sights and restaurants of Monterosso!

You better be in great shape if you stay here. You have to walk up a lot of stairs which is super inconvenient if you have anything other than a light carry on. The staff will not help you with your luggage either. The location is great though.
