It was the perfect distance from Disneyland. The kids loved the pool. I do think there was too much chlorine in it because my eyes always started to sting when I went swimming. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful.

Had 2 connecting rooms. Hotel was very accommodating. This was a return trip. Ants!!! Our car was invaded by ants! I had read in a review that it had happened to someone else there and didn’t think much of it. Well are car got hit hard. The whole ride home ants everywhere! Or bags the food we brought home, you name it. 2nd negative. Having a life guard staring at you the whole time in the pool made it for an uncomfortable time at pool. My daughter who was 17 was so uncomfortable being stared at that she left and didn’t return the rest of our stay. I know they have him there to monitor for mostly people who are not staying there. But there has to be a better way. At times he was rude. And the lifeguards at the water park could have been nicer. So that was a take away. But the rooms and staff at front desk were great. Lifeguards could use some work. Only reason I would not come back. So see in the winter!

Such an easy and quick walk to Disneyland. Rooms are very big and quiet. Would happily stay again. Gift shop prices are very high so buy needed water and snacks elsewhere. Other than that - a great stay!

Not all buildings are renovated. We were in building 4. This building should be closed until renovated. The non-renovated areas have dingy carpet and poor AC. The 2nd floor units have skylights that make it impossible to adequately cool the room or have the room dark enough to rest/sleep. On a positive note, the bed/pillows are comfortable and clean, the towels are thick and they give you plenty, and the building was quiet. The maintenance/housekeeping staff do a great job, considering the challenges. However, I would not stay here again.

This is a great place to take your little ones to the hotel room is clean. Everything is walkable distance we walked to Disneyland we walked for breakfast, and lunch. We walked back from Disneyland at night and felt safe.I will definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic hotel for families who want quick access to Disneyland. We booked a family suite with a king-sized bed and bunk beds for our two kids, which turned out to be essentially two hotel rooms that are connected. The kids got their own separate bathroom, which was great. We spent a day playing at the pool, where they had life guards posted to watch out for kid safety. They also have a store with basic necessities (like goggles, if your kid forgot theirs!) The hotel itself is fairly dated. When we got there, the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker were not getting power and we had to call the front desk. They responded quickly and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. While there is an AC, it is not super robust - the lowest you can set it is 65 and it definitely never actually cools to that temperature. We set it to 69 when we slept but one morning we woke up at 5:45 because it had stopped working and we were sweating at 75 degrees. It seemed to come back on at around 8 AM. Not sure what that was about, but we definitely had one very sleep-deprived day in Disneyland. Overall, for the price and location plus the family suite, this place was a great deal and we would go there again.
