THe front staff girl was great. She remembered my name the following day after check in. I hated the stairs everywhere I tried to go. I pulled my suitcase up stairs to get to the front desk. I walked up and down stairs a few times to get to my conference.

A mouse was in our room on the seventh floor. We were quickly and kindly moved to a different room by lovely staff, however, we booked a high floor with a king bed and ended up in a downgraded room. We understand that it was busy and likely booked up but overall we were left feeling disappointed.
