Pool was very busy and wasn’t able to secure a single lounge chair. Pool help were not helpful. Elevator walls were scratched as if vandalized
Older hotel in a quiet residential area. (Heads up - there is no signage so it's easy to miss.). Design felt a little dated but acceptable. Staff is very nice. But the TV didn't work in the living room. The phone didn't work. The bedroom & bath doors didn't close properly. Light bulbs were out. Chandeliers were missing pieces and not clean. Missing knobs on cabinets. The room could use an update and better quality control. Still, not a bad deal for us.
Balcony view to the city is okay, had partial bay view. It's cool Pool view is amazing but outside of those amenities Outdated technology, dirty curtains and dusty , walls are dirty, fingerprints visible, carpet dirty. Additional fees, I had $200 deposit fee per night that may be refundable maybe not.
Absolutely a fantastic hotel and staff!
Upon arrival the room was extremely dirty. Stains on walls, stained sofa, ripped bedsheets, cracked glass table, stains on carpet and there was dirty underwear and socks left on bookshelf from previous guest. We got moved to a slightly better room but it was also dirty and there were also stains on walls and really dirty floors. Rooms both had cracked tiles throughout, rusted furniture and overall it was extremely poorly maintained. Even the hallways had stains through carpets and elevators were very beat up. This is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in.

Overall everything was great, just wish they informed us of a $200 a day service free. Things like that can make u have to budget your stay.
This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I was greeted with champagne at check in and I was given a complimentary bottle and chocolate covered strawberries with a birthday greeting in my room. The overall look inside was very sexy. The pool area amazing view of the ocean and a pool side bar and restaurant outside. Awesome.

They charged for parking when I was leaving, for which I was not told.
Property was nice, I enjoyed the staff and amenities inside. The room was disappointing for the amount I paid. Outdated TVs (30inches), room was pretty beaten up ( broken chandeliers, broken mirrors)customer service texted me I sent them the pictures of everything I saw and nothing was done about it. I let the front desk aware about they only waived $100 which I didn’t think was fair especially me coming down for my 30th birthday. I doubt I would return again after my experience.
