Our room was dirty, there's a pacifier and a baby rug left in our room. we don't want to complain about because it's to hassle to transfer to another room. this place is very expensive but the room is not properly clean.

My hotel experience here was pretty mid. Check in was a breeze. However my daughter had a headache and even tho they have a convenient store in the hotel lobby it wasn’t open because they didn’t have staff even tho the sign said open. The woman at the front desk wasn’t able to get me the Tylenol that I needed. Also the floor they put us on (8th) the filtered water machine and ice machine didn’t work. We had to either go a floor up or down.

The property was nice. Early check in fee was waived, but realized it was because they tried to put me in a double room instead of a king. Told me if a king was available they would move me (even though they already told me my king room was still being cleaned) I refused to stay in the double room, so they had no choice but to give me a king. The desk staff act like they were mad they had to give me the room I booked. It Took an hour to get clean towels after calling the front desk. My tub broke, and water sprayed out like a fire hydrant. The beach was nice, as well as the pool. The bartender at the pool bar made amazing drinks. CVS was close which was good because the store was rarely opened. A cup of coffee cost almost $8.

The rooms next to you could hear you and you could hear them, even if you just opened a drawer or walked in the room let’s not talk about the fact that if people were out on the balcony it was so loud in ur room that you couldn’t sleep! Plus the housekeeping started vacuuming at 8 am in the room next to us, usually 8am isn’t to early but Miami is a place to party, late parties and early noise in ur room sucks!
