The room was kind-of musty (smelled damp and moldy) and the walls had stains on them. The hallways smelled like sour milk. The lobby was gorgeous so it was surprising that our room was not. Great location and great laundry room, though.

The rooms were super quiet, and the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much of a drama. Everything was in easy walking or Tramming distance. Great launch pad for exploring the city. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was extremely disappointing, housekeeping was appalling, the rooms were small and you could hear every noise through the walls. Their so called snack bar had a $12 garden salad which consisted of iceberg lettuce and 4 cherry tomatoes and that was it ! I would never stay their again

Great place to stay, especially if you really only want a clean, quiet place with a comfy bed. We went to a show at the Regent Theatre, and found the location ideal. You have to get 8n early though to get one of the car parks!
