Staff was only good part of hotel.

This is a motel style place, it is very dated. Many parts of the building need a clear update. The bathroom was questionable, we had to ask for towels many times. However, the staff was AMAZING. So helpful and quick to respond everytime with a smile on their face.

The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by busy roads/hwys so it is VERY loud. You can see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool or parking lot.

Close to Disneyland

I love that they have an Anaheim bus stop that takes you directly to the Disneyland property. Though, without the bus, it’s only a 15 mins walk.

Room was very poor - damaged flooring, shower curtain bent and fan nonfunctional. Was told better rooms reserved for members. Pool area nice, although with the highway immediately adjacent the noise was quite high. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Hotel is located near the freeway and you could hear every car passing by. Especially annoying in the morning when you’re trying to rest. Since the rooms are on the outside of the hotel (similar to a motel), you could also feel all of the moisture in the rooms. The linens were damp the entire stay. The bar and restaurant was nice and the facility does have a cool shop. That was the only pro.

Good stay if you’re just going to Disney. We walked in about 10 minutes, but there is a shuttle (at a cost) or you can take an Uber. It was very close to the highway and we heard traffic all night. The store in the hotel had very reasonably priced products (we forgot conditioner and were able to get a large bottle for aboit $6), however the food wasn’t that great. I got a bagel in the morning and wasn’t impressed they served the cream cheese on the side and the bagel itself came in a bowl… overall though for one night and to be that close to the park was worth it.
