Didn’t like it at all, walls are paper thin, inside rooms are old our mattress had blood stains in the side, carpet felt dirty, roaches in the sink and the beeping of the fire alarm on the ceiling. I could tell they clean the halls smells very good but the room are very old. We had to get switched because our bed was very uncomfortable when we layer down it sunk in the middle, broken tile in the bathroom. The only thing I was leased with was the staff they are very friendly and acted quickly when I told them about my bad, even though the next room wasn’t all that great either but the stag yes very friendly.

The check in lady was very rude and passive aggressive. Tried to charge me $60 instead of $50 for security deposit. They charged me for the security deposit but when I called backed to find out why they couldn’t find my reservation even though I just stayed there. This is place is unprofessional and unorganized. It felt close to a halfway house. It didn’t feel welcoming. The power went out while people were making breakfast. I’ve definitely had better experiences. Will not stay again.

We swept out he floor on our hands and knees we mopped the floor they said there were a couple paint chips in the sink and the towels were dirty. It’s pretty sad how we welcome people into our country and turn around and treat us like crap. Not one hotel that’s not American has given me my deposit back. All of them are the same ethnicity I believe it is discrimination against Americans. I loved America for opening our country to the ppl in need now I wish it never would have happened they are the rudest people I’ve delt with. See someone is already down in life they will kick you harder see so em e struggling they will find a way to make you struggle more. Shut our border down before we really have no home.

I didn't like anything. Nite walkers all over the parking lot when I got their. 5 cameras in the lobby was a sign to leave. Bed was from 1999, tv barely worked.front desk wouldn't even call me an cab, as my phone charger was dead. Had to hitch a ride to the airport m and saw roaches in the am when leaving. Waste of money m drug dealers, nite walkers, and homeless live there, it was insulting. Will pay at least$150 on a room next time.

Meh. Price was acceptable and the place appears clean. Door key continued to lock us out, but the front desk staff would walk up with us to unlock- EVERY time we returned to the room (some sort of override done from front desk.) Two very small pillows and a blanket made of used newspaper. Hey, somebody built an airport next door! Get to breakfast early or you'll be hungry. tight parking lot.

Wife and I both bitten by bed bugs in two different rooms. Many other issues with both rooms. We contacted Expedia to cancel the rest of our stay and get a refund for the last day. The Super 8 staff confirmed this with me but the refund never came. They are now telling Expedia we checked out on the 30th even though we actually checked out on the 29th.

Customers service was horrible and inconsistent. For instance on website said 18yr was minimum age to check in but when checking in person the front desk said you had to be 21 yr old or up. When entering room the bed was smaller then advertised on website. Overall horrible place rather sleep in car.

MOST HORRIBLE STAY EVER!!
Got there they ask for a 60 CASH deposit. Never in all my years have I been requested to leave a cash deposit. After 20 mins Finally get the key to the room on the 3rd flr. Elevator janky. Go in the room and what do i see, roaches crawling up the walls. NOPE! Go to the front desk for a new room. Would have left but cancellation fee was the same as the cost of the room. 30 mins later finally get another room on the second floor. Mind you if you want to stay on the 1st floor theres an upcharge. Go to the room, which looks a little better. Later attempt to turn on the tv, no remote. Go get a remote from the front desk come back remote doesnt work. Go back they say maybe its the batteries. Change them out still wouldn't work. At this point im done. Leave at 6 am. Please, unless youre on drugs do not go to this place.

My group got trapped in the elevators multiple times over the span of our 3 day weekend to the point I had to hold the service bell for several minutes and even call 911 to help us while the employee sat in his chair outside the door and had the audacity to pretend to not hear us. Incredibly rude staff. Poorly maintained building, and the rooms were obviously not well maintained.

Property was old and run down locks on the doors would stick or wouldn't work at all the rooms smelled of chemicals and the mattresses were ridialed with stains some that looked like blood.

The toilet situation was weird. Had to call downstairs to turn the water onto my room. Toilet it only flush like once every 20 or 30 minutes. They're air in the room probably never got below 72 or three degrees. I like it cool when I sleep. It was okay I'd stay again for the price

Place to sleep is about it
This is a place to sleep and that’s about it. The whole hotel has a weird smell and is old with a fresh coat of paint so to speak. The beds are very uncomfortable. Our bathroom doorknob was practically falling off. The breakfast is bare bones. Be prepared to pay a $60 deposit above whatever you pay online once you get there as well.
