Amazing property and overall stay. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and Jaci at the front desk not only upgraded us, but sent up a bottle of whisky and chocolates. It was the best hotel stay I think I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful property and even better people working there. So grateful to sweet Jaci and the rest of the lovely staff at the Louisville Omni!

Our first time i Louisville and this hotel fit our needs for everything. The ease of getting to the location, access to the freeway, walking around downtown. Great staff from the valet to the front desk and bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, large and beautiful with an amazing shopping area (food and drinks) and a speakeasy !!

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We rrally enjoyed the Food Marketplace. There were also several restaurants nearby. Our only compaint was that the room next to us had a party both nights and we didn't sleep well.
