Nothing super positive to say, but luckily there was nothing terrible either.. Lobby and hallways had a persistent weed odor but luckily the room did not. Front desk staff was hit or miss; some were friendly and others indifferent. Breakfast area was marginal. Housekeeping was nonexistent during a 6 day stay. You get what you pay for, so none of this was a surprise.

Front desk lady was incredibly rude to myself as well as other patrons. Yelling from front desk lady at the people in the room beside of us, neighbors tried to get into our room, the walls are paper thin so I could hear talk about them lighting something in the room. A roach was found immediately upon entering room, brown marks on bathroom wall. Run don’t walk away from this place.

Headache from the start
I called ahead to let them know (8pm) that I WAS coming but would be there after midnight. The girl changed my reservation to the next day... the security deposit was supposed to be 40$. They charged my card 63.00 not once but twice. Their "continental " breakfast is a grab and go!! They had cereal, bread, 3 bagles and 2 muffin. Oh Im sorry 6 yougrts as well. That was their "contintal" breakfast. My room was by the elevator annnd it was LOUD sounds all night.

Desperately needs updating. My toilet seat was peeling and disgusting. There was rust all over the bathroom areas. Bare minimum place to stay. Breakfast was two choices of cereal and had to ask for milk.

I’m very disappointed with our recent stay. We had made a reservation for Oct 9-12. We were on our way and we were stuck in the hurricane evacuation traffic for over a day, which delayed us. I called the front desk staff and told them we were stuck in traffic and wouldn’t be there until early Thursday morning. Was told the reservation would be good and nothing would change. I then received a notification from them that it was cancelled and I called again to speak to the front desk and she said she put a new reservation in and at a cheaper rate. We get there after being on the road for 2 days and they said there was no reservation and that I would have to pay a $30 early check in fee! What!? I’ve stayed at this location many times! The GM also made it like were worthless because his system showed us only staying there 3 times but we’ve stayed over a dozen times. So we had to pay a deposit too. We’ve never been charged for a deposit because we’ve stayed before. I won’t be back. You guys lost two good guests.
