I recently stayed at Sheraton and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not working, and the room was not clean upon arrival. However, the front desk staff, particularly Tom, were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Tom went above and beyond to try and resolve the issues, and his excellent customer service skills made a big difference. Thank you, Tom! While the hotel itself needs improvement, Tom's hospitality was a redeeming factor.

Friend was getting married near by and we have family in Agoura. Great customer service and friendliness by the staff. Some pieces of furniture ans decor a bit dated but over all feel is worth the price. Very laid back vibe in a good way!

The staff were very polite and helpful. Once we got in our room we noticed it didn’t smell very good. It felt like the room had this lingering smell of B.O. it went away for a bit after I opened the balcony door and had the AC running full blast.
