Lovely hotel located in a very convenient area. Museums, Harrod’s, gardens, dining and more all walking distance. The room was comfortable and quiet. Loved the breakfast buffet and the lounge is open fairly late for dinner. They offer 24 hour room service as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rembrandt!! Room was great…location was great…walking distance to a lot of things, including Harrods. Very safe area! Staff of the hotel could not have been better. I do suggest that if you need an Uber, you let the concierge help you make arrangements! In the future, this will be the only hotel I would need in London.

The staff was extremely helpful from their communication prior to our arrival up until the moment we left. Our room was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was lovely and the hotel was charming and fit in perfectly. The hotel’s location near the South Kensington tube stop, Knightsbridge and Hyde Park is very special. Would return again for sure!!

The hotel was beautiful. Great breakfast, nice location. Staff was nice. My only problem is that I one of the reasons I booked this hotel is because they had a pool and we had a child traveling with us. Come to find out at check-in… it’s £15 per person, per day to use the pool!!! Which is absurd in my opinion. This was not advertised at booking and I have NEVER heard of such a thing and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels.

Everyone was helpful both during check in and check out. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed. Very clean and up to date. I would have given them an excellent, except that I ordered room service one morning for breakfast and it was completely cold.

It is an average hotel. The room was very small and I was expecting a better sized room as a VIP. I had one free drink as a VIP benefit and my wife didn't get one. The breakfast area was over crowded and quality of the food was not of a high standard that you would expect from a five * hotel.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the subway and restaurants and shopping. The room we stayed in was ok, a little dated but overall it was fine. The noise from the hall and adjoining rooms could be heard but it didn’t affect our sleep. Housekeeping was excellent as was the front desk/check-in. The only real complaint was the breakfast. Very so-so offering and not much change from day to day, and who runs out of bran flakes??? The breakfast wasn’t up to a 4 star standard which is what it is supposedly rated. There was a gym located next door but it cost 15GBP to use so we didn’t bother. Wished it was included in the price. We stayed 4 nights in August.

You feel like you are with your family in the reception, service, cleanliness, and constant smile by the receptionist, especially the Head Concierge "Mr. Neil Cowen & Mr. Pablo. They help us with all tour reservations.
