This was a very nice and convenient hotel. We had a few tours that left from Victoria bus station, so this hotel was right down the street. It’s also attached to the Victoria tube station. A few points off for having only steps that lead up to the hotel and no bell hop. We had a super heavy and large bag that we had to drag up the stairs to get into the hotel. Also- we arrived around 10:45 PM, and there was no food available in the hotel or in the surrounding pubs. A late night room service option would have been great. Otherwise, we had a great experience. I would stay here again.

Property reflected an air of sophisticated bygone days and was delightful! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Towel warmers were a special treat. Food and drinks in restaurants were convenient and delicious. Location was good. Would definitely recommend for future stays.

Beautiful hotel with recent upgrades. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Excellent selection and well maintained. Even though it's on a busy street, it was very quiet throughout the night, and excellent room darkening shades. The night we checked in, very late, the bar had closed and i was hoping for a nightcap. I phoned the desk, and the manager was unsure of any open pubs close by, but offered to come up and open a bottle of wine we'd brought back from Italy! Outstanding customer service!

Location of the hotel is great. The rooms were nice, a tad small but it’s London. It was a five minute walk to get to my room from the Lobby. Do not stay in the 760-770 rooms which are close to the maid rooms so early in the morning it’s noisy. I asked for a change and was told there weren’t any rooms left, That was a lie. My room was changed while I was out the following day and when I returned all of my belongings had been moved. Which is fine, just an email or phone call would’ve been nice. This way I wouldn’t have walked all the way to the room to thinking my bags may have been stolen. They finally figured out what happened and made me wait 15 mins to bring me a key instead of just me meeting them at the room I was moved too. Finally get to the room and the individual wanted me to give him my cards to the old room. I had one and the other was in my bag or in the other room. He asked to me look in my bag at midnight I politely declined several times before he decided to give up on the situation.

I stay at the hotel for 2 weeks. The property is great as well as the staff. There are a lot of food option around. The only thing I don’t like is the hotel is on Victorian Street and it could be very noisy at night. I had hard time to sleep for a few nights and should have asked to switch the room to the other side of hotel.
