I have stayed here quite a few times over the last six years as it is close to the family. This time exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size and newly decorated, the evening meal was excellent and at a reasonable price and breakfast had been improved. Look forward to staying here again.

Access to the rooms at the front of the hotel is not great. Narrow stairs and awkward landings. Room size is fine, but bathroom small, tiny hand basin and no handrail in the shower. On the plus side staff in the restaurant were attentive and efficient. Location is pleasant with a view over the heath.Manager did meet us and took on board the concerns we raised.

The hotel is in a great location & the parking is a bonus. Check in was fine. The room was small & tired & the bathroom was tiny & old fashioned. The shower dripped constantly. Both however were clean. The breakfast room was lovely & bright with a happy atmosphere, good food & efficient staff.

Greenwich stay

I cannot fault this hotel for the price, nice comfortable clean room and bathroom, staff very helpful and polite. Dogs welcome, they aren’t allowed in the restaurant but there is a residents lounge where you can take your breakfast and the dogs.

Excellent in all areas

We had 5 rooms booked for Friday for a family wedding. Check in is 2pm which is normal. But wedding started at 1pm!. I called Thursday to ask if 1 room could ready for us to change in. We checked in at 12pm & all 5 rooms were ready. Hotel staff are all great. Hotels clean comfortable & everything you want. Breakfast are good. Couldn't fault anything recommend to everyone

Arrived after a long overnight flight, reception staff were great and the check-in was fast. Nice to have the offer of luggage brought upstairs:-) Breakfast was yummy, view over the heath pleasant. I stay here when I can for these reasons and more - nice to have a traditional hotel still available!
