My property is beautiful and clean I our room smell like cigarette smoke the the entire time. I didn't mention this to the front desk who said they would send somebody up immediately but it was an hour and a half later and we were already in bed The first day they came to clean up they didn't take any of our dirty dishes and didn't leave us any face cloths or empty the trash. Other than that the hotel was beautiful the staff was pleasant and the bartenders in the restaurant Chino Latino we're amazing

This hotel has the best prices among other hotels that I checked in London. It also accommodated five people in the room, which was a plus. Stay was pretty decent until the last day. On the last day the electricity wasn’t working in our room, the pool was shut down the restaurant was shut down, Housekeeping did not clean our room so we had no towels or toilet paper. I called the front desk and no one answered so I had to send my kids down for the items. Hotel was close to tube but didn’t care for area. Not a lot of restaurants around and was about 20-30 minute ride from all the fun areas and things to do.

Nice enough hotel in the heart of Londons Westminster tourism area. Tons of shops and monuments within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern with a casino vibe. There are walls make of tvs and funky lighting in the elevator. Nothing wrong, just a bit unconventional

The property is adequitley situated to some attractions convenient to public transportation. The staff howevrr was not well informed nor very helpful. The hotel did not provide friendly service nor access to basics such as drinking water. The coffee maker was broken in the room we stayed and we did get a replacement on the same night. We paid extra for upgraded room with river view and did not get the river view.

Great restaurant and fantastic service. The food is great and staff are lovely however the hotel side is disappointing. I stayed here for my anniversary and I’m thankful to Annelke who was lovely on the reception team on check in. I was looking forward to the spa and swimming. However I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service. Despite requesting slippers and robes multiple times, they were never provided. What made it worse was seeing other guests receive these items without any issue. I was informed by the reception team guest services and concierge when I called that these are not provided following a new policy. I was not aware of this otherwise I would have come prepared. I even offered to pay for these and I was recommended to go down to the local grocery store who would not have these items in stock. Upon checkout I was informed these items are provided but it was too late and I had to walk down to the swimming pool area in boots and a coat and after swimming it’s not ideal to wear these. This lack of responsiveness and attention to guest needs really detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay. Not the level of service I expected and payed for. Highly disappointed and ruined the special weekend we had planned.

Our first to UK and had a couple of issues that were addressed. Took awhile to figure out how to close curtains. Also toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Also went to eat at restaurant and ended up walking up from table. No one came to serve us.

Rooms could use an upgrade and I think our bed sheets weren’t actually changed between us and last guests. Floor not vacuumed. The location is ok if you want to walk to Westminster area but it’s not very close to a tube station. There were some good restaurants and coffee shops close by though. Front desk and staff helpful.

I recently stayed at Park Plaza Riverbank London, and found the property itself to be quite nice. The amenities and overall ambiance were great, making for a pleasant stay. However, my experience was marred by a significant issue at checkout. They mistakenly gave us the wrong luggage, which led to a major hassle while traveling from London to Paris. To make matters worse, the luggage they returned to us contained a knife, raising serious safety concerns. This mistake almost derailed our entire trip and added unnecessary stress to our travels. While I appreciated the hotel's atmosphere, the luggage mix-up and its potential consequences overshadowed the positives. I hope they improve their checkout process to prevent such issues in the future.
