I stayed at this hotel exactly 2 years ago. When I made the reservation I requested a room away from the elevator. When I checked in my room was right across from the elevator! There were no amenities like the travel size toiletries that they had 2 years ago. The breakfast area was too crowded My stay was not as good as 2 years ago

Good hotel apart from the food
Hotel is in an excellent location and staff were really nice and helpful. Only thing that let this hotel down was the food. The breakfast was not up to scratch and on the first morning we had to wait 15 minutes for eggs and then they were under done. The next morning food ran out and wasn’t replenished. One evening we tried to eat in the bar and the nachos were ice cold and the buffalo chicken wings were in a sweet sauce. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were friendly and they were great with kids.

The layout of the suite was very nice. Lots of privacy for both parties in one open space. Kitchen facilities were very nice, but needed dishcloth or paper towels to wipe down the countertops and appliances. There were no face clothes in the bathroom, so anyone uses face clothes should bring one. Housekeeeping staff were very obligating and prompt. Lovely hotel and great location.

The rooms need to be update carpet dirty and old, they need to refresh the bath towels. Reception service very poor, staff no very friendly. I suppose to have VIP services but I never got it.
