I had an accessible room but the shower grab bars are FAKE. I rely on the bars getting into the shower but these are not anchored properly—bare screws in the tile. I have pictures because the bar pulled out and I nearly fell over backward. The staff was ho hum about it and the manager refused to call me to hear my concerns. They should post warning signs in all the showers telling customers they only look like grab bars. Guests beware!

Hotel was beautiful, however rooms need some updating. Hole in the wall behind the chair, bathroom did not stay closed, sliding door. Also somewhat falling apart. Sauna and hot tub where very relaxing. Restaurant was good. Bartender was excellent. Very accommadating, gave lots of info about area.

Overall our stay was just ok but the hotel is overpriced. Our refrigerator didn’t work. We were automatically checked out of our room early causing housekeeping to knock on our door multiple times two hours before checkout. For the amount of money we were charged I expected a better stay!
