Loud and outdated.

Hotels.com gave this a 3 star rating. I give it a 1 star at best. My room faced interstate 40, which sounded like a nascar track all night. I didn’t see any bugs in the room, so bonus for that.

Fair value,clean felt safe. Coffee maker didn't work asked to replace it. They never did. Coffee at breakfast was very good though. Breakfast was good. Obvious hotel is doing everything a cheap as possible

It was a cheap place to stop and sleep… I wasn’t expecting a whole lot out of it. The bed was comfortable and the shower I had was probably the best shower I’ve had in a hotel ever. They call it breakfast, but it’s just snacks and cereal.

Pictures in ad made it look much nicer than it was. The beds weren’t comfortable, the couch looked dirty and worn, breakfast was bad just a small assortment of prepackaged pastries, and lots of highway noise. Price was inflated due to a UT game that weekend. Definitely not worth the price.

This place was in really bad condition. Stains on the pillows and towels, bugs on the floor. Dust on all the furniture. Noisy. I’d give this place a miss if you can

There was a family requesting a refund when I arrived to check in. They claimed roaches in the room and plumbing that didn't work. When we entered our room, we did not see roaches and the plumbing worked. However, it had an awful smell, mold on the walls and the a/c unit made an awful noise when turned on. Due to the family who reported roaches I was not willing to be moved to another room.
