Our stay was great, room was really nice and spacious. Only downside was the pullout bed in the living room, you could feel every spring on the mattress, had a hard time sleeping on there. Room was very clean though and kitchen well sorted for all of our needs. The hallways did smell of cigarettes and dirt, good thing was that the room did not have that smell. Indoor pool area was pretty small for the amount of kids, hoping that the outdoor pools are being renovated. Would definitely recommend for a weekend stay. Hopefully they can change out the carpets in the hallways and put some air fresheners throughout the buildings and elevators. I did like that they also had different activities going on throughout the day for the kids.

Our room was amazing. The washer latch was broken and they fixed very quickly. The outside area is really nice. I was disappointed in the indoor water park. Needs refurbished ASAP. The splash pad was unusable in my opinion - the pad is crumbling apart and there was rust all over.

Conveniently located and nice setup
We stay at this property at least once a year and have always enjoyed it. We enjoyed this visit, but there were a few issues. The big ones were that every room option we’ve stayed in before had the washer and dryer in a closet with a door. This one had no door and the unit was noisy. I ended up having to wash clothes while we were trying to watch television or eat because we absolutely could not sleep through the noise. The water in the shower/tub would not turn off without turning it so hard that we worried we’d break it, and the kids absolutely could not turn it off. The phone didn’t work to place outgoing calls or even to checkout from our room. We never got the television in the bedroom to work properly. It would not change channels and when it did it was just to a random channel and not what we’d selected. It mostly just stayed stuck on the loading screen. Overall we enjoyed the visit and will definitely stay again.

Great resort. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom (there was only 2 of us, lol). The draw back is you can’t check in before 4:00 pm and you have to check out by 10:00 am otherwise it’s $50 an hour extra. The master bath was gross! It had a jetted tub but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The staff was really friendly. It was weird to get out rust pass/keys for the room entry but it worked. The amenities were great. Loved the area. Right off the strip from the Titanic, the wax museum, all the dinner shows, and Dollywood. It’s great if you have kids. Loads of activities for the family. I will be staying here again.
