Poor service. Old building with age old facilities. No microwave on request in room as they have only 2 available for the entire hotel.Even if you book one month ahead, not gonna get it. AC with no temperature control and that doesn’t work properly. Poor supply of toiletries. No shower cap. Only 2 sachet of sugar for a room of 3 adults and 1 kid. Felt like someone should take the manager to a star hotel to show him what all service they do provide.

The cleaning staff were very spiratic. They didn’t make one bed one day and then they left there rag on my makeup bag and didn’t straighten out the towels or clean the toilet another day.

The bed was terrible to sleep on we left with lots of back pain and didn’t sleep well once. The walls are very thin so lots of noise from other people. Could hear other people showering in other rooms.

Excellent hotel and service. My expensive bike was stolen off my locked bike rack on the first night. Car was parked in front of hotel lobby. Front door of hotel was locked between 1-5 am. Staff dealt with this very well. They reported incident to police and started a file case number for me. Don’t expect it to turn up as I found out bike theft is terrible in Kelowna. Take ur bike to ur room or the locked room near check in desk. This incident was very upsetting but still enjoyed the hotel and time in Kelowna with family and friends.

I really liked that the pet rooms had two doors: one that lead straight out to the parking lot, another that lead into the inside corridor of the hotel. The pool was 4ft at the shallowest part, which was way too deep for kids that arent great at swimming but thats understandable for the space available. It was the onpy hotel in the area that had their pool actually open and not closed for maintenance.

Stayed here for one night and while we spent minimal time in the room, what we did experience was.. something. The price in comparison to other hotels is really the only advantage. Maybe the best for its price point in the area of Kelowna that it’s in. But the property itself is quite rundown, thankfully the rooms are clean and the beds were decently comfortable. It was not a 5 star experience by any means but I would possibly stay here again should I be on a budget the next time I travel.
