We booked this hotel for the pool as we had kids and needed something for them to do outside of activity time. The pool was closed our entire stay, from friday to sunday due to a chemical imbalance. We were told it would be open on Saturday at 2 but it remained closed. Disappointing. We were compensated for this and at least kids got to enjoy the hot tubs. Everything else was great.

The staff were friendly and professional and the hotel was very nice and clean. My only disappointment was my surprise to learn that there were no sports channels available in the room, so there was two games I was not able to watch. Despite that, overall our stay was very nice.
