I really liked the atrium layout. It’s a nice architectural feature that makes the common area feel massive and it draws guests towards the central area making it inviting and social vs most hotels where it’s a reception walled off with elevators that take you to hallways of doors. Reception staff extremely nice, responsive and helpful. Spacious rooms, clean sheets decent price. The made to order omelets and two free drinks for happy hour are a nice touch. It’s geared towards big events, corporate and social. While I was there there was a huge family reunion, which I thought was great to see but it can get loud and echoing in that massive central area, but that didn’t bother me at all. I enjoy being around others having fun. Stayed one night while passing through Jacksonville and would return.

Not Wht I was expecting

Overall wasn’t pleased I was expecting more based on the pictures, wanted to enjoy the night air on the balcony but it had big standing puddles on it from the rain, to where the water was beginning to wet the carpet inside. The worst part is waking up 2 in the morning to go to the bathroom only to find a roach crawling on the floor in the corner, I told the front counter about it during my checkout and was told I would receive some type of refund on a percentage of the room , overall wasn’t satisfied and expected more from embassy

Convenient to airport and family. Lovely staff, nice breakfast set up. Loved the suite set up. Living quarters separate from sleeping quarters. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are nice. The breakfast is amazing. Staff is great! I havnt used the pool yet and ive stayed at this locatuin at least 4 xs. I always choose a balcony room due to my anxiety and needing to go out quickly for fresh air. The Balconies are ALWAYS filthy still it fills a need. One cool aspect if you like bats. On the atrium balcony side, there are bats that fly out at sunset to feed. Such a sight to see as the sun's setting. The location is great for me as i learn to navigate Jacksonville and get to know the city.
