The Waikiki Marina Resort and Shell Vacations Reception/Check-In office is located next to the market in the corridor toward the pool.

Have always been curious about staying at the Ilikai but never had until this trip. The location is on the edge/beginning of waikiki and it's definitely quieter. A walk along the beach gets you into the heart of waikiki no problem. The room was a little outdated but that was the only flaw i found. Would recommend and also stay again

Right on Waikiki beach, Marina at the back of property. Good location for tours and sightseeing, the Wyndham discount rate for the tours is only available if you go to the timeshare presentation. The discount is significant, but plan on cutting them off if they go over the committed time, they will keep you there for as long as you let them.

I was worried after reading some reviews but there were NO roaches! Thank goodness, I would have left. Excellent location. Yes, it was loud at night but it’s on Ala Moana the main strip, that is to be expected. Plenty of Food options. Walkable area.

Staffs so nicely and these rooms are cleaned and safe but the beach nearby the hotel has a lot of rocks.That's why ,my family must took the pink bus to Waikiki beach for swimming.

There was a rowdy bar under our balcony and was open late, we could hear people who were yelling even with the doors closed. There were others who lived in the condo that caused issues with guests and police wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation.

arrived front desk told us we have no reservations, waited for 3 hours in the middle of the night tell shift change, the reservation was there, called the manager left him a message he never returned my call, they took a Security deposit didn't return it for 2 weeks. management communication is bad.
