This was an amazing pick. I wanted to be away from the chaos of the village but close enough to walk to my conference every day. It was perfect and the staff were some of the most helpful that I have ever experienced.

The room was not fully cleaned, looks like mildew was forming in the shower. The carpets were stained and the bottom of your socks will get very dirty. The keys never worked once for parking. We got the reset and they still did not work. They stopped working for the room randomly and then they would work again. The staff was very friendly though and very helpful. This being a hilton I was expecting more. The adult pool was a major let down it was so shallow and the bar was closed the whole time. The only bar open was downstairs. Pool staff was friendly. Food was okay, not with the price. Would not stay again. Mahalo!

One of the elevators was making a terrible noise and you could hear it in all the rooms everytime it goes up and down. That part was disappointing .

The room had some hair on the sofa and it was a little dirty in a few spots but nothing too bad. Over all it was a nice relaxing stay. The store and food near by is convenient and there’s alas right there. I would stay again, it was nice.

It was a nice stay. The only thing was there was no laundry facility even though Hotels.com page showed it. It was one of the reasons to choose this hotel. So, it was a disappointment. They said they never had it and told me to report to delete the info. Otherwise it was good stay. Customer service was good.
