Street-facing rooms have traffic noise and the lanai gets direct sunlight in the morning (forget about having breakfast there). Property is a little dated but still a good location and value for the price. The walk to the beach is only 2-3 blocks.

Don’t stay here!

The hotel on the outside looks so cute but the room was horrible!!! The floors were stained and smell, the walls, and Drapes had food or some sort of stains. everything was rundown and dirty. If I could give them a 0 I would. Trust me you are better off paying a little extra to have a good experience.

At my arrival, and later on for an upgrade on my room, daniel was all helpful and totally customer oriented. They always responded to our needs in a timely manner. We will return to this location.

This property is very dated. It needs some serious updating. The air conditioner was very old and could not keep up with the heat. With that being said...room was clean and bed was clean. Just needs updating and room was warm.

Hope I get my hotel credit.

I asked for a change in my reservation for my number of night stay within the window. The hotels.com rep stay they had to contact the hotel for approval. I got to the hotel and they told me it was hotels.com approval. Hoping I get credited back for the night I didn’t stay. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Ok property for the price and location. However, be aware you may not get the room you order. I booked 2 rooms with two queen beds each. Instead, one room had a full bed and sofa bed, while the other had a full, twin and sofa bed. I DID NOT get a price adjustment.

No parking is a problem

Well it was inexpensive and the staff was super nice. My biggest complaint was parking. There are a lot of rooms and only about 40 parking spots, if that. People were parking in handicap and unmarked spots because there was nothing left. And there is no parking near by so this is actually a pretty big deal, especially when parking is an extra $30 a night. The room was minimal which I expected, but the AC unit was right at the top of the bed so all night you have that in your face or you have no AC which is miserable; a no win situation. It is close to food and about .4 of a mile from the beach which is nice.
