The staff were very friendly and the area was ideal. Set in the heart of downtown, nearly everything was within walking distance, and the train station was less than a ten minute drive away. The path along the water was a huge selling feature for us. We enjoyed a daytime walk to the park with our youngest, and an evening romantic stroll as well. Breakfast was free and included. Parking was additional at $15/day which we didn't realize, but not a huge deal. Would go back again.

They refused to clean our room on Sunday because it was Thanksgiving weekend. We had to take our dirty towels out and ask the front desk to bring clean ones. We only received two bath towels. No hand towels or face clothes. We very disappointed when we saw cleaning staff on our floor later that day

Convenient location to stay near Toronto. The GO train station is close by. Staff were very friendly. Town was cute with lots of shops/restaurants/bakeries to walk to. Views of Lake Ontario were beautiful.

The location is beautiful and convenient. Everything is in good shape. We had a very comfortable one night stay. Just little surprised they charge guests for self parking.

Ok for the price, except for a few issues

Overall, ok except the room stayed very warm on a cold night even with the heat turned low, the hallway carpet was very dirty, and there wasn’t much food selection at the breakfast.

Our room had 2 queen beds, and one of them was literally broken. We spoke to the front desk manager, and she merely offered to give us a refund on our parking fee.
