Fantastic service!
We initially booked a one-night stay, then added a second night though a 3rd party. Because the room types were different, we were not able to combine the reservations. However, the staff kindly allowed us to keep our belongings in the first night's room until our second night's room was ready. They also sent a worker to help us move our belongings to the second room.

First night slept in the bed. My feet and legs were higher than my chest. Did not sleep well at all. Second night slept in a chase lounge chair in the room. Slept better. However woke up with bites all over my body. Bed bugs bites! All over I have suffered since then I left my suitcase and clothes outside going in my home straight to the shower. I am so incredibly disappointed. . My daughter slept in the bed both nights. No bites. Has to be that chair.
