The place was clean and comfortable. Parking was a bit far from the main entrance to the hotel.

El hotel grita desesperadamente que lo renueven. Las camas estan mas duras que una cama de piedra. Las tarjetas para abrir la puerta de la habitación se desactivan constantemente. No cuentan con tapetes para el baño. La ubicación del hotel esta perfecta. Una buena renovación les caeria bien.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and there are many options for eating . It has parking which is a major plus. Maybe if the beds were a bit softer would be better. But overall, good experience.

Good location. Restaurants nearby. Safe. Casino in hotel but restaurant only open on the weekend. No pool. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is older and renovations were poor. The bed was uncomfortable and I had to clean the room to feel comfortable. The linens were stained and room temperature was too cold it didn’t seem like the heater worked.

Rundown hotel

It’s not worth the price. Outdated hotel. The worst, stained and smelly pillows. Not even mild hot water in the shower, and cold water only in the sink. Sink was clogged and asked the front desk to take care of, but they didn’t.

Lots of noise from children in the halls, elevators and mechanical. TV was broken. A very dated hotel that needs an upgrade. But the restaurant was very nice.

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Staff is very attentive, anytime of the day or night. Hotel is located near downtown Guasave, few blocks from the mercado where you can find from fresh cooked Mexican food, clothes, fruits, home goods, make up, hats, anything. There is an OXXO at the corner. Laundry service was great!

It was clean not enough towels. No hands nor wash towels. We got there around 5 pm very hungry. Restaurant was closed for an event. Very disappointed! This hotel was very far away from the 15D Freeway. It was a run down hotel. Staff need to work on their people skills. We ask for restaurants suggestions and they didn’t know much. Will never again stay in this town.
