It was located right on the main street (Parkway) in Gatlinburg. So everything was within walking distance. Yet, surprisingly, there was no traffic noise in the room. Very clean room which was remodeled only a few months ago. I would defintely stay here again.

We found fungus and insects in the room. We did notify the receptionist without any success. Would not recommend this hotel for a stay to anyone.

Best customer service. Staff was so welcoming and kind throughout stay. Great location the river drowned out the noise of the area. It felt like staying in a cabin. So close to all the things you’d want to see. Can’t wait to go back!

I never even got to check in. They do not have a front desk so i called and they made me wait over an hour and twenty minutes in the parking lot for a guy that never showed up. I had to book another room and pay for it through hotels.com and now i can't get a clear answer about being refunded due to the hotels inconvenience.
